You can create a signature in Gmail quite easily. Once created, it’ll be automatically added to the bottom of all your outgoing emails.
Companies use signatures all the time to automatically add the company logo, the correspondent’s name, job title and contact details etc.
So if you find that you’re constantly typing in the same contact info to your Gmails, add a signature instead.
How To Create A Signature In Gmail
To get started adding a signature, log into your Gmail account and then click the Settings icon (gear wheel) in the top right corner. Then click “See all settings”.

Create A New Signature In Gmail
On the Settings page of Gmail, be sure that you’re on the General tab (it usually is when Settings opens).
Scroll down the page to the Signature section. It’s very nearly at the bottom of the page.
Click the Create New button.

Type a name for the signature and then click the Create button.
Note that the name is only so that you can identify it later, it doesn’t actually appear in any messages that you send so you can use any name you wish.

Create Your Gmail Signature
After clicking the Create button, a second window will appear. It’s in this second window that you’ll create your Gmail signature.
It works exactly the same as composing an email in Gmail. You can type in text, change the font and font size and add pictures and links.

Decide When To Add The Signature
When you’re finished with designing signature, you now have to decide when it should be added to your Gmails.
In the Signature Defaults section, you can have it appended to new emails only, reply and forwarding emails only or both.
Click the respective drop down arrows and make your selection.
Once that’s done, scroll down to the very bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button. After which you’ll be returned to your Inbox.

After saving the changes your new Gmail signature will appear on outgoing messages as per your selections above.
One quick note is that if you wanted to remove it from any particular email, you can. Just click on it and then click the delete key on your keyboard.

Summary
If you find yourself constantly typing your contact details into emails, then adding a signature could be for you. It’s easy to set up and is applied automatically to the end of emails.
You can edit it at any time simply by revisiting the settings page.
